2. Hosting by IONOS
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Your IP address is technically processed to deliver the website. IONOS also records access time, requested page or file, referrer, browser, operating system and device type. According to its Web Hosting product information, visitor data is anonymised upon collection and retained for eight weeks. Processing serves the secure and stable delivery of our website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the reliable and secure operation of our online presence. IONOS acts as a technical service provider and receives the data necessary for hosting.
3. Server-side access statistics
IONOS describes WebAnalytics as a standard part of access analysis in its Web Hosting product. The access data described above may be aggregated into server-side usage statistics. According to IONOS, IP addresses are anonymised immediately after transmission and WebAnalytics uses no cookies. The purpose is statistical analysis and technical optimisation. Where personal data is processed, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in a stable website that meets visitor needs. We have not included an analytics pixel or additional analytics script in this website code.
4. Email and telephone enquiries
We process the contact information and enquiry contents you provide to handle your request and respond. Our business email service is provided by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. This involves sender and recipient addresses, message contents and technical transmission data. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contractual or precontractual enquiries; otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies to our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. We delete enquiries when handling is complete and no further retention purpose remains. Data is retained where required by statutory obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Statutory retention obligations are based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
5. Contact page email draft
Contact page entries are assembled into an email draft only in browser memory. The website does not transmit these form entries to a server or save them in cookies or browser storage. Transmission through your email provider takes place only when you open and send the draft in your email app. Providing information is voluntary; without contact details needed for a response we may be unable to handle your enquiry. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information.
6. Cookies, local files and external links
The website code sets no cookies, uses no local storage and includes no advertising or social media trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own webspace. Google Maps is an external link only. Opening that link connects you to the provider, whose privacy terms then apply. Server-side access analysis by the hosting provider is described in section 3.
7. Your rights
Subject to statutory conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Any consent given may be withdrawn with future effect. This website does not carry out solely automated decision-making, including profiling.
